Ms. Rania Hamoud
Rania Hamoud is a development practitioner, Strategic Management Consultant and corporate social responsibility advisor based in Cairo, Egypt During a long track record of practice for more than 15 years, Ms. Hamoud started her career in the profit sector with passion for responsible business practices. Rania is a passionate strategic planner with MBA in Business Administration from Cairo University. She is a great specialist with vast experience in Project Management, Brand & CSR Management and Sponsorship design, etc. With the same passion in 2001, Ms. Hamoud redirected her career path to social development and since she has held numerous positions in non-profit sector as a senior projects manager, development professional, general director, grant-maker, and strategic fundraiser. Rania has managed and participated in 60 socioeconomic development projects targeting Youth, Women, and offspring. The cores of the activities are Education, Health, Culture, capacity building and human relief. Ms. Hamoud participated in numerous projects on the international, regional and local levels working with multilateral institutions, corporate organizations as well as academic institutions. These projects aimed to: build philanthropic capacity, practice innovative approaches of philanthropy, enhance corporate giving and improve participatory governance. Mrs. Hamoud is an active member of numerous boards and associations, notably board member of Arab Foundations Forum, SIFE for youth participation, founding member of the Women's Executive Club, assembly member of Association for the Protection of the Environment, member of the parent support council of British school in Cairo, Committee member in American Chamber of Commerce as well as youth committee member in Women Int'l Peace Movement as well as served in the NGO committee at National Council for Childhood and Motherhood. Mrs. Hamoud is a Certified Project Manager from PMI and studied MBA in Business Administration from Cairo University and a Master Degree in CSR from Lancaster University. She has a Bachelor's of Commerce 1998 as well as a Bachelor's of Art 2000. Recently she’s enrolled to Master Degree in Public Administration in AUC.
