Dr. Atef Kamel
Dr. Atef Kamel is a biodiversity and sustainability expert with over 40 years of experience. He has been engaged with many international organizations in the field of sustainable development, biodiversity and wildlife aspects. His contributions weren't limited to MENA region, he also positioned himself as a technical consultant to UNESCO, FAO, IUCN and Ministry of Environment in Egypt. He was the founder for many protected areas in Egypt. He is now appointed as a vice dean for Faculty of Veteranry Medicine in Ain Shams University. He received his PhD back in 1992 from Wisconsin, USA. Not only this, but also he serves as an instructor to SDG, climate change and marine life and their effect on decarbonization.
